During installation the crew that came up worked diligently to set our sign up and get it running. We ran into a problem with our graphics board not working. Steph, United's IT guy was very helpful in working to get the situation fixed. The solution required them to send a new card to the FD and then Steph guided me through installation and setup. They made the process and the fix so easy and convenient.
