What Makes the Gfloor Series Different
4 Tons Per Square Meter
This series is built to withstand up to 4 tons per square meter, a load rating that goes well beyond foot traffic and opens up applications standard floor LED panels can't handle: vehicles driving directly onto the display surface, staged productions, and heavy exhibition setups. Car showrooms and auto expos are a natural fit here, along with any use case where the floor needs to carry real weight without deforming or losing image stability.
Built for XR and Virtual Production
Floor and wall modules share an identical design, which keeps color and brightness uniform when floor and vertical panels run together in an XR volume stage. That consistency matters more than it sounds, any visible mismatch between the floor and the background wall shows up immediately on camera and breaks the illusion a virtual production setup depends on.
IP65 GOB Protection Throughout
GOB (Glue-on-Board) technology bonds a protective layer directly over the LED surface, front and rear, achieving an IP65 rating in both directions. The surface stays anti-slip and wear-resistant under continuous foot traffic, cleans easily, and holds up against the kind of dropped equipment and daily impact that would damage a standard LED module.
Front Service with No Visible Repair Marks
Modules insert and remove from the front without dismantling the surrounding cabinets, and the millimeter-level seamless design means a repair leaves no visible seam or misalignment behind. In immersive environments and productions where the floor itself is part of the content, that's not a minor convenience, it's what keeps a maintenance call from becoming a visible flaw in the shot.
Adapts to Complex and Uneven Terrain
This series installs across a wide range of surfaces without the strict flooring requirements standard LED floors demand, including simulated or real-world uneven terrain. For XR studios building environments that need to look and feel like an actual landscape rather than a flat stage, that flexibility opens up builds a rigid floor system simply can't support, while still holding excellent flatness and stability once installed.
Optional Interactive Technology
A built-in sensor option responds in real time to movement, turning the floor into an interactive surface for gaming, retail, exhibitions, and experiential events. Visuals respond directly to footsteps or motion, giving a space a level of engagement a static display can't offer.
Silent Operation for Studio Environments
Die-cast aluminum construction handles heat dissipation passively, without a fan, which matters directly in studio environments where audio recording is happening at the same time as the display is running. The system operates silently, so the display never becomes a source of unwanted noise on a live recording.

Consultation & Survey
We review your site, define your sign program, and map every location, size, and mounting spec before design begins.
Design & Permitting
Certified shop drawings are produced and submitted for permit approval u2014 signed off by your team before production starts.
In-House Fabrication
Every sign is built in our own facility with in-house QC. No outsourcing means tighter quality and reliable lead times.
Installation & Sign-Off
Certified crews install every sign. We conduct a full walkthrough and provide documentation before handover.
