US-Holon
Holon Outdoor LED Display, No Crane Required
What Makes the US-Holon Different
You Don't Need a Crane for This
Holon is built for jobs where a crane doesn't make sense, tight sites, limited access, tighter budgets, or locations where lifting equipment just isn't practical. Every module is lightweight and fully self-contained, so the whole thing goes up by hand instead of by machine. That cuts down on time, labor, and everything that usually complicates an outdoor install. Each unit is sized for one person to carry and mount, 1' by 2', 304.8mm by 609.6mm.
Everything Holon Brings to the Table
Everything Holon brings to the table starts with what each tag stands for. 1x2' (304.8x609.6mm) is the fixed module size across the whole product line. All-in-One means power, control, and the LED panel are built into a single unit. Handheld means it's light enough for one person to carry and install without machinery, and Crane-Free means no lifting equipment is needed on site. Integrated Cable means cabling runs through the module itself rather than being routed separately, and Plug-Play means you can connect and power on with no manual configuration needed. 10,000 Nits+ is the brightness level built for full daylight readability, while 3,840Hz+ is the refresh rate that keeps fast motion clean on camera and to the eye. Fanless Design means there are no moving parts and nothing mechanical to fail, and Smart Heat Dissipation means heat is managed through material and design rather than airflow. Frame-Separated means the frame and panel come apart so either can be swapped independently, and Unmatched Versatility means one module design fits multiple installation formats. Front&Rear Access allows servicing from either side of the display, and Full Module Replacement means you swap the whole unit instead of repairing components on site. Remote Monitoring & Diagnosis lets you check status and catch issues without a site visit, and Cloud Management lets you control and update the display from anywhere with an internet connection.
Every Module is a Complete Unit
Holon takes its name from the idea of a part that's also a whole. Each module carries its own power supply, control board, and LED panel, so there's nothing to wire in separately once it's built. Lock it into the frame and it's live. The same unit repeats across the whole display, so a wall of any size goes up the same way, one module at a time, without a separate control cabinet or a tangle of central wiring. Each module measures 609.6mm wide by 304.8mm tall by 128mm deep, and weighs 6.2 kg with the frame included.
Simple, Intuitive Components Layout
Three parts make up a Holon module: an aluminum extrusion frame, the LED panel, and a power box unit that handles power and control. The layout is clear enough that someone without technical training can look at it and understand how it goes together, which keeps installs from turning into a troubleshooting exercise.
Quick Deployment
There's no lift truck or crane on a Holon job site. A single installer can put up a small to mid-size screen in a few hours, whether it's a first-time install, a retrofit over an old sign face, or a replacement for a display that's reached the end of its life. Less equipment on site means less labor cost and fewer moving pieces to schedule.
Limitless Applications
Because each module is self-contained and the frame separates cleanly from the panel, Holon isn't locked to one type of installation. The same parts build a freestanding sign, a display mounted on a trailer, a screen wrapped around a light pole, or a slim ticker running headlines. One product line, several formats.
Digital Signages
Large-scale freestanding signage is one of the most common uses for Holon. Since each module carries its own power and control electronics, a sign of nearly any width can be built by lining up modules edge to edge, without a separate structural system to plan around.
Mobile LED Trailers
The same lightweight modules that go up by hand on a wall also work mounted to a trailer. Events, concerts, and temporary setups get a full-size outdoor display that can move from site to site without needing to be rebuilt each time.
Light Pole Displays
Mounting a display directly to an existing light pole cuts out the cost of a separate structure. Holon's low module weight makes this practical in a way that heavier LED products usually aren't, since the pole doesn't need reinforcement to carry the load.
Dynamic Tickers and Ribbons
Narrow ribbon displays for scrolling headlines, pricing, or announcements are built the same way as a full-size wall, just in a slimmer format. The modular layout stretches to fit long, narrow spaces without needing a different product line.
10,000+ Nits with Sunlight-Blocking Louvers
Direct sun is where most outdoor screens lose contrast. Holon's face has extended louvers built in to physically block sunlight from hitting the LEDs at an angle, which keeps the picture readable instead of washed out. That's paired with a 26,000:1 contrast ratio and a refresh rate above 3,840 Hz, so motion stays sharp even at full brightness.
Fanless. Runs Cool Anyway.
No fan means nothing mechanical to fail and nothing to service down the line. Each module pulls around 30 watts, so there isn't much heat to manage in the first place. A 20mm gap keeps the power box from sitting flush against the module, which stops heat from building up between the two. The power supply itself is bonded to a thick aluminum backplate with heat-conductive silicone, so warmth spreads across metal instead of pooling. Power supplies also run under half their rated load, which keeps them cooler and extends how long they last.
Easy Maintenance
Every module has a built-in handle and a safety cable attached, so pulling one off the wall doesn't take tools or special training. It comes out from the front or the back, whichever side is open. For bigger walls, the Holon Max setup centralizes power and signal so there are fewer individual connections to track down when something needs attention.
Remote Monitoring, Centralized Control
Holon's cloud platform gives visibility into the entire screen system from one place, content playback, power status, signal flow, and the condition of individual pixels, all checked remotely instead of on site. If something goes wrong, an automatic email alert goes out the moment a fault is detected, so there's no lag between a problem starting and someone finding out about it.
Full Module Replacement, No Onsite Debugging
There's no need to diagnose a problem on site. Once a fault is flagged, the affected module comes out and gets replaced directly, no troubleshooting on location, no technician spending hours tracing the issue on the wall itself. That keeps repairs fast and keeps labor costs down.
Mainbox, Integrated Control & Power Hub
The Mainbox brings the LED controller and power distribution together in one compact enclosure, which cuts down on wiring and speeds up setup, especially for smaller displays. It mounts to a wall or directly to the frame and connects over 4G or Wi-Fi as an option, so there's no fixed cable run required between the display and a control point. A built-in brightness sensor reads ambient light and adjusts output automatically, keeping the display readable without needing manual changes throughout the day. It's rated for outdoor use and can be mounted to either a wall or the display frame itself.
Ventilated Back Cover (Optional)
For single-sided installs, a ventilated back cover is available as an add-on. The perforated panel improves airflow behind the unit and blocks direct sun from hitting the rear, which helps keep temperatures down through passive cooling instead of relying on a fan.
Flexible Inventory and Local Frame Builds
The power box and frame are built to work across every pixel pitch Holon offers, so spare parts stay simple regardless of which pitch is on the wall. Frames can also be fabricated locally instead of shipped, since the frame itself carries no waterproofing requirements. That's useful on jobs where lead time or unusual mounting conditions make a shipped frame impractical.
Holon Max for Large-Format Displays
Standard Holon wiring works fine at smaller scale, but larger walls benefit from Holon Max, which routes power and signal through a central distribution point instead of module by module. It cuts down on wiring and trims cost on bigger installs.
