US-XT Pro Cabinets in Three Sizes
The US-XT Pro is available in three cabinet sizes: 1000mm x 500mm, 1000mm x 750mm, and 1000mm x 1000mm. Since all three share the same 1000mm width, they can be combined in one display, which makes it easier to fit the screen to the exact dimensions of your project. The cabinets carry CE, FCC, RoHS and ETL certifications, so you can use them on commercial installations with confidence.
US-XT Pro Modular Frame Assembly
The US-XT Pro mounting frames connect in an N x N grid, so you can build a display of almost any size by adding frames in any direction. The same frame works with every pixel pitch, which means you can plan the structure once and choose the resolution that suits your budget and viewing distance. If you want to upgrade to a finer pitch later, the panels can be swapped without changing the frame that is already installed.
US-XT Pro Extruded Aluminium Structure for Different Pixel Pitches
The US-XT Pro cabinet is built from extruded aluminium, which keeps it strong and rigid while staying light enough to handle during installation. The same structure accepts LED panels of different pixel pitches, so one frame design covers a range of projects and budgets. When you want a sharper image later, you replace the panels and keep the frame in place.
US-XT Pro Versatile Cabinet Structure
The standard US-XT Pro frame measures 1000mm x 1000mm and forms the base of the cabinet structure. If your project needs a different shape, the same design is also available as a 750mm x 1000mm cabinet and a 500mm x 1000mm cabinet. This lets you fill awkward spaces or finish the edges of a large display without cutting or custom fabrication.
US-XT Pro Front Serviceable LED Module
Each US-XT Pro cabinet is made up of individual LED modules that can be removed and replaced from the front of the screen. Technicians do not need rear access, so the display can be installed against a wall or inside a tight structure and still be maintained. Each module works on its own, so if one fails, the rest of the display keeps running while you swap it out.
US-XT Pro Easier Installation and Maintenance
Each US-XT Pro cabinet is made up of 4, 6 or 8 LED modules, depending on the cabinet size. Every module works independently, so if one develops a fault, the rest of the display keeps running normally. A technician can release a faulty module from the front with a pick tool and swap it for a new one, which keeps repair time short and avoids taking the whole screen offline.
US-XT Pro Better Heat Dissipation
The US-XT Pro uses passive cooling, so there are no fans to fail or collect dust. The driver ICs are attached directly to the aluminium housing, which pulls heat away quickly and keeps the surface temperature even across the whole cabinet. Heat conduction and dissipation happen in one piece of metal, so the screen runs cooler than displays that trap heat. Lower operating temperatures mean steadier performance in direct sun and a longer working life for the LEDs.
US-XT Pro Waterproof and Dust-Proof Protection
The US-XT Pro cabinet is sealed against water and dust and carries an IP66 ingress protection rating. That means it handles heavy rain, wind-driven spray and dust without any damage to the electronics inside. Whether the screen is on a highway billboard, a building wall or a coastal site, it keeps running normally in harsh weather.
US-XT Pro Energy Efficient Design
Most of the energy saving in the US-XT Pro comes from its power supply. The power module in each cabinet runs on 2.8V to 4.2V DC, which wastes less power than a conventional supply under the same conditions. Compared with other standard LED displays, the average saving is 30%. At the scale of a large billboard, that adds up: the catalog estimates a 100 square meter display can save about 200,000 kWh of electricity in a year, which lowers your running costs for as long as the screen is in service.

Consultation & Site Survey
We review your location, define the display requirements u2014 size, pixel pitch, mounting method, power access u2014 and map the full scope before design begins.
Design & Engineering
Certified shop drawings are produced with structural calculations for wind load, mounting, and electrical. Submitted for permit approval and signed off by your team.
In-House Fabrication
Every XT Pro display is assembled and QC-tested in our own facility. No outsourcing means tighter quality control and reliable lead times.
Installation & Commissioning
Certified crews install every cabinet, run full calibration, connect the Brain Box control system, and conduct a complete walkthrough before handover.
