Engineered for Fast Installs

This series is built around one priority: how fast a crew can get a wall up and running. The handle sits in the center of each panel, so one person can carry and place it without a second set of hands. A magnetic alignment system on the top and bottom edges pulls panels into position as they meet, and a one-hand lock secures the connection without tools. On a load-in with a tight clock, cutting out the need for two-person handling on every single panel adds up to real time saved across a full stage build.

Wider Curve Range for Creative Staging

Each panel bends from -10 degrees to +10 degrees, a noticeably wider range than typical rental LED, including our own Gwave line, which tops out at -6 degrees to +6 degrees. That extra range opens up sharper arcs and tighter wraparounds without needing custom brackets or structural workarounds. Designers can build a compound curve or a full wave wall using standard panels instead of engineering a one-off solution for a single show.

Universal Module Design

Every module across all four positions on a US-Prime panel is identical. There's no top, bottom, left, or right orientation to track, any module fits any slot. That matters most in the field, where a tech pulling a spare during a live event doesn't have time to sort through parts looking for the right orientation. Stocking one module type per pixel pitch covers every repair scenario the panel could throw at a crew.

Protected for Rental Realities

Anti-collision corner protection guards against the dents and cracked housings that build up over repeated load-ins, load-outs, and freight runs, the kind of wear a panel takes on over a touring season rather than a single show. On the fine-pitch models, GOB coating adds a layer of resistance over the LED surface itself, standing up to scratches and contact in a way standard SMD construction can't. Between the two, the panel is built to survive handling, not just display quality.

Quick-Release Power System

The power box mounts horizontally and uses a dual-knob design that lets a technician pull it and swap it in one step, no tools required. Paired with the quick-release lock system on the panel itself, a crew can resolve a module fault, a power issue, or a full panel swap without tearing into the rest of the wall. Less time troubleshooting mid-show means less risk of a visible gap in the display when it matters most.

Consultation & Survey

We review your site, define your sign program, and map every location, size, and mounting spec before design begins.

Design & Permitting

Certified shop drawings are produced and submitted for permit approval u2014 signed off by your team before production starts.

In-House Fabrication

Every sign is built in our own facility with in-house QC. No outsourcing means tighter quality and reliable lead times.

Installation & Sign-Off

Certified crews install every sign. We conduct a full walkthrough and provide documentation before handover.
