RGB Fully Flip-Chip COB Technology
Wire bonding is one of the oldest failure points in LED displays. US-Pixon skips it entirely. By flipping the chip directly onto the board, you get a cleaner electrical path, stronger heat transfer, and far fewer solder connections that can fail over time. The result is a display that runs brighter, cooler, and longer than anything built on traditional wire-bonded packaging.
Common-Cathode + DC-DC Driving
US-Pixon runs on a 3.8V + 2.8V common-cathode architecture combined with DC-DC conversion, built around an MP8771 driver stage supporting a 3V to 18V input range and a 2.8V/5A output. That combination cuts heat output by 40% compared to conventional driving methods, which means no fans, no added cooling hardware, and lower operating costs from day one. Less heat also means longer component life, which matters when a display is meant to run for years without trouble.
20,000:1 Contrast with Nano-Optical Coating
The surface of every US-Pixon panel is treated with a nano-optical material coating that absorbs ambient light rather than reflecting it. Deep blacks stay deep even in brightly lit rooms. Colors stay accurate. The 20,000:1 contrast ratio isn't a lab number, it's what you see on the wall every day.
3,840 Hz Refresh Rate, Zero Flicker
At 3,840 Hz, US-Pixon handles fast-moving content the way it was meant to be seen. Video playback is smooth, on-screen text is sharp, and the display photographs cleanly without rolling bands or flicker artifacts. Powered by smart module architecture, this refresh rate is consistent across all pixel pitch variants in the lineup.
170-Degree Viewing Angle, Every Direction
COB direct chip-on-board technology removes the physical limitations that traditional packaging puts on viewing angle. With US-Pixon, the image holds its color and brightness out to 170 degrees both horizontally and vertically. Whether someone is sitting front-and-center or at the far edge of the room, they're seeing the same picture.
Wide Color Gamut, Precise Color Management
US-Pixon covers 96% of the DCI-P3 color space, well beyond what standard displays reproduce. A color gamut adjustment system maps the panel's output against the DCI-P3 reference points, correcting for the gaps that show up in typical RGB and BT.2020 gamuts. The result is color that holds up to scrutiny: skin tones look natural, saturated colors stay saturated, and what your content team designs on screen is what shows up on the wall.

US-Pixon cabinets are die-cast aluminum, checked with real-time 3D inspection, and hold a flatness tolerance of plus or minus 0.05 mm. Cabinet-to-cabinet precision lands at plus or minus 0.02 mm, tight enough that seams essentially disappear on a finished wall. Six-axis adjustment and magnetic module alignment make the assembly process fast without sacrificing accuracy. Splicing angles run from 90 degrees to 180 degrees, giving designers real flexibility on curved or angled installations.

Built to Take a Hit
US-Pixon's flip-chip design cuts soldering-related failure points by 50% compared to wire-bonded panels, since there's no PN electrode bonding wire to fail in the first place. Each module is filled with a COB+ polymer material rated at 4H surface hardness, protecting against dead or dropped LEDs during shipping and install. In impact testing, the COB module withstood more than 10kg of applied force, holding up better than a standard SMD panel under the same test. The fully encapsulated COB surface also carries an IP54 rating, so cleaning is as simple as wiping it down with a wet cloth and water, no special handling required. Beyond the physical build, every display also ships with a set of smart capabilities designed to keep it running with less oversight: Dual Backup for redundancy, AI Intelligent Sensing, One-Touch Energy Saving, HDR 3.0, and 5G Transmission.
